I quickly found short-comings compared to my workflow in LR, in culling images. I do no image edits there, only add owner copyright metadata, etc.I have LR set to create XMP sidecars for all images.
I have set up the MP and C1 settings as per the video you mentioned.
Back to my OP, MP shows the RAW files, but, a.) they don't show C1 edits.
b.) If I right-click a MP file that has already been edited in C1, not only is it not showing the previous edits, but right-clicking to open in C1, opens the "Import" dialog box in C1, like it's not already there.
Even though I can see the previously edited file right there in my catalog in C1.4.
I loved C1-9 immediately, and could certainly see the difference.
So I started processing numerous images through importing function into the C1-9 catalog.
